We recommend returning mowing clippings to your lawn rather than bagging and disposing them. Clipping contain a lot of nutrients that should go back into the soil. That said, years of clippings can build up and create a layer of thatch which prevents water and oxygen from reaching the root zone. Pictured here is 600 pounds of thatch that was removed from a customer's lawn. Just in time for the growing season to begin. |
