First, Jon makes suggestions as to how to treat and care for the lawn - which for someone who knows nothing about this, I really appreciate! (It is important to note, however, that he is not pushy). Second, they are consistent and reliable. Jon and his team did a great job, on time, every time. Lastly, and perhaps even most importantly to me - Jon never once said "no" to an off the wall request or overcharged for it either! We have a newborn and things like gathering up the leaves at the last minute or trimming our grass plants didn't phase him. He also did not push back when I cancelled one part of our service, just because I wanted some extra exercise to do it myself. P.S. I'll be adding that one back next year...
